COST: $4295 per person from Newark/New York, based on two people
sharing a double or twin room. Single supplement:
$870. Land
only is
$3300 per person. Airfare may vary slightly from
originating cities. This price is based on the tariff,
foreign exchange rates and regulations in effect on
July 1, 2007 and is subject to change. AIR FROM
HOME AIRPORT: Passengers joining the tour from their
hometown gateway will pay the applicable air add-on.
RESERVATIONS: A deposit of
$400.00 is required at time of
booking to reserve your space. This deposit is non
refundable except in the case of documental medical
emergency and if pre-paid land deposits can be retrieved.
PAYMENT
SCHEDULE: On March 22, 2008. fifty percent (50%) of
balance is due. On May 23 (60 days prior to departure) final
payment is due. If this final payment is
received after the due date a service charge of $60 will be
assessed.

TRANSPORTATION: The contractual fare is good on
Continental Airlines only and for the listed departure and
return dates only. An extended stay after scheduled return
date may be arranged if seats are available on a subsequent
flight. Additional costs will be borne by the tour member.

RATES: The basic package price is based on 40 paying
participants and may be revised upward if fewer than 40 sign
up.
TRANSFERS
AND SIGHTSEEING: By private, air-conditioned deluxe
motor coach as outlined in the itinerary, using the services
of local licensed guides under the direction of your tour
hosts. Entrance fees for attractions, when applicable, are
included.
BAGGAGE:
One checked bag and one carry-on per person due to available
storage space on the motor coach.
MEALS:
As outlined in the itinerary. You will average at least two
prepaid meals per day (breakfast and one other meal)
throughout the tour.
TAXES: All applicable taxes are included.SERVICE
CHARGES TIPS AND PORTERAGE: Included for all hotels,
meals and local tour guides. Not included is a optional tip
for our coach driver who will be with us throughout the
tour.
DEVIATION
CHARGES: This is a group tour. The costs for the
arranging of any deviation to the tour itinerary, as
published in the brochure, by any tour member, will be borne
by the tour member.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Except in the case of
documented medical emergencies, deposits are non-refundable.
Final payment refunds may be made at the discretion of the
airlines and British land operator in case of doctor
documented medical situations.
UNUSED
SERVICES: Tour prices are based on group rates and no
refund can be made for unused services.NOT
INCLUDED: Passport expenses, baggage insurance, excess
baggage charges, and items of a personal nature such as
laundry, extra beverages at meals such as soft drinks
(coffee, tea and water are included) and optional tip for
the driver.
INSURANCE:
Acting only as agents for suppliers, Carlson WagonsLit
Travel is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of
luggage, and/or personal belongings or for personal injury,
accident and/or illness. For your protection it is
important that you have adequate insurance to cover these
contingencies. AN INSURANCE APPLICATION FORM WILL BE
SUPPLIED BY THE TRAVEL AGENT.
What items should I remember to bring? A
Bible, notebook, camera and film, voltage converters
(220-120) for any hairdryers, razors, etc., that do not have
a built in converter, and a 3 prong British plug adapter. An
umbrella may come in handy as well.
What clothes should I bring? Think in terms
of layers. A sweater or windbreaker can always be removed. A
raincoat is recommended and comfortable walking shoes.
Ladies: slacks for touring will be appropriate but you will
need to wear a skirt or dress for worship services. Men: A
shirt, tie and jacket for worship services and casual for
touring.
What will the temperature be? Temperatures
cannot be guaranteed, however, you may anticipate daytime
temperatures to be as high as the mid 80's and the nights to
get down as low as the 50's in Northern Ireland and
Scotland.

cities we will be visiting. What do you suggest?
Tour members will be receiving a syllabus containing basic
information about the revival sites to be visited. History
and cultural information is available on the Internet as
well as encyclopedias, libraries, etc |
